Never Stop Learning
I’m talking about Spring Wellbeing Therapies at Haven House with you today and what this season means to me, Throughout my career in the beauty and wellness industry, I’ve always been curious. Wondering what wonderful spa therapies and holistic treatments are out there, not only to widen my knowledge but to help even more people.
I’m going to let you into a little behind-the-scenes news which I’m so excited to share with you today. I’m introducing a brand new therapy that I am currently in training for and I LOVE IT! Seriously, I have found a wonderful group of people just like me and I am thoroughly enjoying learning something new, which will benefit all of my clients that walk through my doors.
Feeling Nervous?
Of course, trying something new can bring nerves or anxieties to the forefront and that’s ok! I’ve met many people who come through my door who are nervous about a treatment which is only natural. Meeting someone new and perhaps baring part of your body with a stranger (feet/legs/back) isn’t something you do every day.

If you have wanted to try one of my therapies or treatments, I’d really love to have a chat with you to go through any questions or ease any concerns ahead of your appointment.
As it’s now officially Spring, which is astrologically the beginning of a new year too, I’d love to take you through a few of my faves to mark the start of this new season.
New Spring Therapy – Awaken

Let me take you on a journey of the most decadent scents…..
The energising aromas of lime, mandarin and Ylang Ylang realign your soul and bring balance to a busy mind.
Your experience begins with a zesty lemon and orange foot ritual to ground and cleanse your body and mind. The natural harmonious sound of a singing bowl evokes a state of deep relaxation and takes you to the next level.
The most luxurious massage ritual of back and face combined with an energising scalp massage mirages with Gua Sha reflexology and warming drizzled essential oils give you calm and serenity.
All are infused with gentle reiki leaving you rested and restored once again. The most blissful and realigning two hours you’ll ever spend on yourself.
Gua Sha Reflexology
This therapy can be booked on it’s own or as part of another treatment.
Reflexology can ease anxieties and stresses from daily life and is an alternative therapy that uses areas of the foot which correspond to organs and parts of the body. Pressure points are massaged to create balance.
When using Gua Sha during a reflexology session it can be very effective to alleviate any pain points and help to reduce symptoms such as stress, anxiety and sinusitis.

If you feel that your well-being would benefit from this, I’d be happy to have a chat through this with you, as it can help with lots of other ailments too. I’ve written a blog post about it here if you want to grab a cuppa and a take 5 minute read.
Detox For Spring
There’s nothing like the possibility of baring your flesh as we enter warmer weather and the opportunity of sunshine.
My Citrus Detox Reviver is PERFECT for anytime of the year, however, after months of being hidden in jumpers, let me bring a freshness to your skin!

We begin with exfoliating with finely ground olive grains which refines the pores and reveals fresh, new skin. Then, while you are enveloped in layers of gels and oils, a stimulating foot reflex pressure massage encourages the release and elimination of toxins.
What’s not to love!
I hope you all have a wonderful Spring and enjoy everything that this new Season brings.
Much love
