Your experience begins with a warm, soothing foot welcome and gentle breathwork, encouraging a sense of ease as you settle into comfort and connection. A bespoke blend of essential oils is intuitively created and carefully selected to support your individual needs, enhanced with the calming properties of rose to soothe the senses and nourish the skin.
Carefully adapted massage techniques, combined with warm towels and supportive touch, work to ease muscular tension, reduce feelings of heaviness and encourage deep relaxation throughout the body.
