Haven House Holistics offers a line of treatments to target every area of the mind, body and soul. As well as more familiar treatments like massages and spa treatments, we also specialise in Fertility treatments, hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression. All of our treatments are bespoke, vegan and organic where possible.

Haven House Holistics is based in Stainland in Halifax. Our luxury treatment room is beautifully decorated with mood lighting to enhance your experience.  Whether you are visiting us for a spa treatment or a hypnotherapy session, we aim for your visit to be as peaceful and serene as possible. We welcome our LGBTQ+ community and believe that everyone needs a little bit of serenity.

Haven House opened its doors in 2020 and has gone from strength to strength. Our small boutique therapy room is run by our award-winning therapist, Karen, whose attention to detail and calm manner will leave you feeling relaxed, centered and totally you.

She is fully trained in both holistic massage therapy, alongside Hynotherapy and Past Life Regression. 

When she’s not helping people feel incredible, Karen also loves to walk her two lovely dogs, enjoys music and festivals and loves to cook vegan food.
